Question–: Meteor Photography tips?
I’m soon going out to take some photos of a meteor shower. Any tips? I’m shooting with a nikon D40, I have both a 18-55mm lens, and a 55-200mm lens. I’ll be using a tripod. I’ll probably try a 5 minute exposure, but other lengths awell to see how it turns out. Is a high ISO needed? Or would it just make my picture look too grainy? What exposure comp should I use? I’m thinking it would look best with a smaller aperture, I mean I know that’s best for moon pictures, but idk about meteors. Correct me if any of what I’m doing is wrong please, and any additional advice would be nice. Thanx!
