Q&A–: ANYTHING about macro photography?
I have a canon rebel T1i (500D) and I want to start shooting macro. Because every time I go outside to take pictures, it always, or usually seems to be macro. I try and get as close as I can to everything and the lens can never focus. So I was researching about macro lenses and I was thinking about getting the canon 100mm macro, non L version. I just got a tripod also for the lens and camera.
So basically I just want to know anything anyone needs to know about macro. It could be cameras settings, lenses, tips, things to photograph, anything. I just need to know the basics to getting started to macro photography.

Alright so, i’ve been doing macro photography like this for around 2 years or so. One day i just kinda picked up my camera and went outside, and started taking pictures of flowers & such close up.
& it just stuck on me, and ive been doing it since, i’ve gone through 3 different cameras, and i improve more everyday. I hope to be doing this when i get older, and maybe even become professional as a carer. I need tips and ways on how to improve my pictures though, so just tell me what you think, and what i could improve. Also, ignore my name on all of em, people started stealing them and putting them on photobucket, and said they took em, so i got frustrated and starting putting my name on them. & if you could add me on fthat’s& comment the pictures , that’d be great cause this is a new flickr account.
